We use the following digital applications to run our operations which makes the processes efficient & transparent:

E-checklist- Providing the dashboard to the client on work completion which is linked to their SLA, this is a digitized replacement of paper base checklist. It has QR Based system & works on an android platform. The client gets a login ID & Password & the app can be downloaded from the play store.
E-Invoice- An email-based digital invoicing system. The client gets all the supporting documents required to process the invoice with an option to approve or reject the invoice. It saves time for the clients and increases accuracy with the timely submission of invoices.
E-material – An android-based application for requisitioning of the material at the client’s location. All material stock, issues, and consumption are recorded and controlled by the client. It’s a convenience for the clients to order and track consumption.
E-Onboarding – It’s an Aadhar-based onboarding, where we capture a person’s correct antecedents. Also, helps smoothen the process of bank account opening, PF & ESIC.
E-attendance – A supervisory application to mark attendance during the office Shift. The dashboard is available to the client to view verify and process the attendance. It increases the transparency between the Client & DTSS.

Carpet Maintenance- The other big aspect we help in is cleaning carpets through an application so that we can conduct it in an organized manner.
DTSS MITRA- DTSS empowers onsite employees with DTSS Mitra App as a single source for all employee-related documents and addresses employees’ concerns across all client locations
Asset Tracking- Whether it is tracking assets or sales or auditing the sectors, we have it all covered through our digitized services.
Workflow- We manage workflow and help build efficiency through our automated operations while managing all the admin work through a simple application.
